is the beauty of successfully blossomed ideas.
Bound together mindfully, like a bunch of flowers,
the result is more than the sum of it's components.
Starting with environmental & market analysis, continuing with USP, CI and narrative development, all the way to the basics: crafting a logo that works

Coherence in concepts
Tiny Home
Tiny budget, tiny building plot, great pleasure.
A real project, currently in construction in South Bohemia.
Repairing the world.
A second-hand clothing brand developed to foster the fashionability of visibly mended apparel while empowering seniors.
Up to 90% of donated goods at second-hand stores go straight into the bin. Minor defects being the primary cause.
At the same time, many seniors with valuable knowledge (traditional sewing & mending) and resources (time) are often suffering. Loneliness, social exclusion & loss of perspectives are severe problems.
Dare-to-repair offers an eco-social concept:
Linking local second hand stores with people who have the time & skills creates sustainable value. Addressing an eco&socio-aware audience, selling the branded products is only the beginning! Mending classes & a revival of the craft through custom repair requests within the network brings ppl together & prevent valuable resources being wasted.
Decentralised local production & distribution meet an easy-to-follow design concept that can live on its own once implemented.

Tailwind

Participative project: restoration, re-design & recreational operation of a sailing catamaran.

Imagine a dream, shared by many.
Traveling the world by a sailboat.
Slowly. Mindfully. Authentically.
A dream so big that alone,
not many would achieve it.
But what if many, each con-
tributing a little, would be able to
make it come true? Together?
. . . .
Sharing duties as well as pleasures?
Reconnect
it's YOUR environment

Together with Mike Tschallener we have developed an award winning idea that combines the marketing ambitions of the Austrian timber industry with the public need to reconnect with nature. The concept offers minimalist accommodation in different natural environments, fostering ecological awareness and decelerating stressful everyday lives enhancing mental resilience.

sketch by Mike Tschallener
On just 10 square meters borrowed from nature by conceiving a decaying ecological structure we developed a simple off-grid setup. It provides just enough shelter while allowing to immerse yourself into the natural cycles around – or enjoying quality time on your own in a spectacular nest!
A multi-purpouse interior design with panoramic views & features like a cell phone locker invites you to read that book, do your yoga, observe wildlife, listen, contemplate and relate.
Reconnect
More than simple accommodation.

Rediscover
There once was an empty slot in a commercial center – looking for the right pop-up concept.
The challenge was simple:
How to design an inviting interior
amidst the established stores all
competing for attention?
A chance for AirBnB to meet its hosts & guests in person for the first time! Positioning itself in an even more visible manner to, reach out to the people as a real, tangible partner in times of crisis. For their future travels, accommodation, or hosting.
After the recent pandemic, this concept aimed higher than just to off-set the company from the traditional and now overwhelmed hospitality industry.
Providing a possibility to virtually visit different destinations and interact with hosts & potential guests from all over the world is a chance to experience a glimpse of the original AirBnB spirit where authentic encounters and real homes as accommodation were the key to success!
Hour by hour the pop-up store is linked with a new destination, allowing authentic insights into the lives of real AirBnB hosts.
The space is gently divided into an interaction zone, provides hidden capacities for logistics and offers travel-related info-taining materials that fit the different regions.
This way, the walk to the local supermarket or bakery could easily develop into an inspiring journey!
Goal of this campaign:
Fostering the public awareness of AirBnB, provide a live platform to address questions & gain new guests and/or hosts.
