Not trash – treasure!
Coconut material

Coco WHAT?!
Imagine a restaurant, serving it's fancy curry-coconut soup in a real coconut – in the Swiss Alps – throwing away the whole nut after each serving, of course. Day in, day out.

Returning from a 7 months journey through Indonesia, it was quite clear: this ain't no waste! Coconut shell is a valuable resource.
A box of beer for the kitchen crew was what it took to save this exotic material in order to turn them into unique design objects.

Cherry cherry .. scrap
There once was an old cherry tree and a carpenter. One turned the other into beautiful furniture – using the best filets only.

If you've ever worked with cherry wood, you have noticed:
It's a gorgeous material that smells great when cut or polished!

So, it is fair to say that it was a pleasure to up-cycle those left over peaces while creating value – literally – from scrap
